CIGAR REVIEW - TATUAGE SCARED US!!! SORRY...
Cracked a tatuaje limited edition red. A mild cigar with clean smoke and presentation... Tatuaje charts on the top of new brands and I would say its not all there... There is something missing... My call.
This smoke was bitter and did not provide what I expected and with all the FUZZ and HYPE and BUZZ around this brand I realized advertising dollars do a lot of miracles...
Miracles... I don't believe in that. Give me a real smoke, something consistent and
then I will join the ranks of fanatics...
But for now I will pass on Tatuaje.
NOTE : Added 08/18/2012. After receiving death threats and insults from so many fans of Tatuaje, we have decided to maintain our speech... Over 2 years passed and Tatuaje has NOT produced any major smoke and their follow up seems to be based on thin air and or well executed marketing.
The smokes are low priced and there is a reason for it... The flavors are edgy but there is little balance to these blends and many every day boutique cigar smokers will agree.
To all those who are total fans; you have no apologies from us. At least until I get a great smoke from the Tatuaje crew / Pete.
And I am / We are NOT impressed... I want more!
